Our Vision
To see a self-sustaining network of 20 churches in each of the 51 nations of Europe by 2050. Churches that are shaped by the Word of God, enlivened by the Spirit of God and that reflect a deeply relational culture.
Our Mission
We do this by raising up gifted indigenous leaders, evangelists, pastors, teachers, prophets and apostles in each nation who can perpetuate the mission locally and beyond.

We run an international conference that brings together pioneers to share best practice.

Once a model church is established in a nation, we then help to foster deeper connections and strengthen the ‘bridge’ of resources, allowing networks of churches to develop.

Our Team
Maurice and Rachel Nightingale
Maurice is part of team that leads the Relational Mission family of churches.
Maurice and Rachel travel extensively on the mainland of Europe raising leaders and encouraging families on the mission.
James Taylor
James is a coach and consultant with extensive experience in running charity operations.
He leads our Governance team and works to ensure we keep focused on achieving our goals and mission.
Robert Glover
Robert is Founder and Executive Director of Care for Children.
Using his experience in international charity work Robert helps to open doors for church planting across Europe.
Mark Andrews
Mark is a project manager working across the charity and private sectors.
His role is to develop opportunities for supporters of the mission to invest their resources and make a difference.
JOn Beardon
Jon leads Wellsprings Community Church, Dereham, Norfolk.
He loves to help propagate church planting through visiting, encouraging, teaching and serving.
Jeff Warin
Jeff is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience in the charitable sector.
He spends as much time as possible supporting churches and church plants in Europe and is a member of Christ Church, Attleborough, UK.
